mic, 2016 06 25: In any piece of software, you should be able to move sliders in one of two ways: 1) you can drag the thumb of the slider to the position you want; and 2) you can click next to the thumb, somewhere on the line of the slider, which will cause the thumb to jump towards the place you clicked. We discovered a problem, whereby the thumb of the slider would only jump by one. The slider for the pan of a track, for example, would only jump from zero to one, then from one to two on the next click, and so on. Since the pan can go from -100 to 100, this is not very useful. The only way to really move the pan slider is to drag its thumb.
This was detected in Orinj version 2.5.8. This is likely a problem with the look and feel of Orinj. If we fix this issue, we will likely have to change the way Orinj looks.
mic, 2016 06 29: Since this was due to the look and feel that we chose for Orinj, we had to change the look and feel. With its new version, Orinj will look completely different - fonts, colors, sizes, etc. Its functionality though should be the same.
More interestingly, the two new looks for this version of Orinj (light and dark) are actually two of the skins that are used in Orinj version 3. This was quite a large change, but at least it will give users a preview of Orinj version 3.
