Errors in the parametric equalizer

mic, 2011 04 07: A couple of errors were preventing the gain sliders in the parametric equalizer from working correctly. Another error was preventing the frequency filters of the parametric equalizer from being recomputed when the user used the frequency sliders. These errors are fixed and will be uploaded with the next version of Orinj.

mic, 2011 04 19: The fix was uploaded with Orinj version 2.2.1 on April 20, 2011.
