mic, 2016 03 11: Whenever the user enters information directly in a text box in Orinj (such as the box for the volume of a track to the left of the track), this information needs to be checked. For example, the volume must be a number and must be between -20 and 20 (decibels). The way error checking was done in previous versions worked, but it would occasionally show the same error twice and would not always select the control where the user was supposed to make a change and fix the input.
This bug was fixed with Orinj version 2.5.0 and uploaded to this site on March 11, 2016.
This applies to a number of controls in Orinj: all effects, the dialogs for volume, pan, dry mix and wet mix, the track control panels to the left of the tracks in all views, the dialog for effect times, all dialogs for MIDI notes and controls, the dialog for marker properties, the dialogs for pitch shift, stretch, quick pitch shift and quick stretch, the dialogs for tempo and time signature, the loop beat position, the adding of MIDI tracks, wave block position, and wave frequency content. Controls related to time specifically were much improved and checked for each individual portion (minutes, seconds, and milliseconds) rather than as a whole.
