Left-center-right (LCR) mix

A left-center-right or LCR mix is one in which every track is panned either fully to the left, fully to the right, or exactly in the center.

An LCR mix does not allow both channels to carry a track if the track is louder in one channel than in the other. Either the track is at the same volume in both channels or it is only in one of the channels.
