The following are the changes between Orinj version 4.1.7 and this version 4.1.8.
- Fixed an error when stopping playback and when Orinj is attempting to close MIDI devices that are already closed.
- Fixed errors when pitch shifting waves with 24-bit and 32-bit sampling resolutions.
- Fixed the progress bar when pitch shifting
- Fixed an error, because of which a wave in the single wave view may not be fully drawn after double clicking on the wave in the multitrack session
- Fixed an error in the title of the pitch shift dialog, because of which the dialog title may not be draw in the correct language
- Sped up pitch shifting and stretching of waves significantly.
- Revised pitch shifting and stretching of waves to allow for more options, such as the number of frequencies used in the analysis of the original signal, the number of samples covered in each analysis step in the output signal, and so on. This makes both pitch shifting and stretching more precise
- Fixed pops in the output of the pitch shifting and stretching that would appear at the end of the produced wave, if the original wave was cut before its sound decayed to silence
