The following are the changes between the previous version 9.0.8 of Orinj and this version 9.1.0. (Version 9.0.9 was not released).
- Changed sessions so that the mixes of MIDI blocks and premixed tracks are not deleted on exit and do not need to be recreated on reopening of the session
- Fixed side chaining when the control track is an auxiliary channel
- Fixed an error where VST effect parameters were not properly set when opening a session
- Moved VST to a newer SDK version on all systems
- Adjusted the Orinj Compressor to speed up computations when using multiple bands
- Made further optimizations to several effects for speed: aural exciter, bass chorus, dither, pitch shift, reverb, and simple reverb
- Made a small change to the reverb to reduce metallic sounding reverberations
- Changed the shelving filter so that a band cut properly adjusts for gain
- Changed how effects handle automations when left and right channels are locked together (automations in the right channel will match those in the left channel): bass chorus, chorus, delay, echo, multitap delay, phaser, vibrato and tremolo
- Changed several presets for dynamic and equalization effects to use more common settings
- Fixed an error on new sessions that set MIDI playback to 44.1 kHz/16-bit instead of 48 kHz/24-bit and caused breaking in playback
- Adding search with Ctrl+F for MIDI instruments when creating new notes and setting MIDI channel properties. Fixed the search when searching up
- Fixed which block in the session is selected (e.g., for dragging) when multiple sound blocks overlap
- Fixed a small error in the Hide/Show button for automations
- Made small changes to how Orinj handles yes/no questions when the user closes the question box with the X button
